Jayesh Patel – Founder of Jamin Suraksha
I’m Jayesh Patel, founder of Jamin Suraksha. Though I live in Montreal, Canada, my roots in India remain strong. My family home is in Hansapore, Navsari, Gujarat, and I travel to India often to stay connected to my land and community.
Why I Started Jamin Suraksha
Owning land/property across several villages in Gujarat, I faced the same challenge many NRIs do — the stress of monitoring property records from abroad. Getting updated 7/12 and 8A extracts and verifying changes was far more difficult than it should have been. Realizing that countless NRI families were struggling with the same issue, I created Jamin Suraksha to bring clarity, transparency, and peace of mind to property owners living overseas.
Deep Roots in Gujarat
Since 2020, I’ve also been involved in the harvesting business in Gujarat, working directly with farmers and rural communities. This hands‑on experience has given me a deep understanding of land systems, government documentation, and the importance of accurate records.
